PRESERVATION
Plum preserves wine for 90 days at the exact temperature intended by the winemaker and works with any standard 750ml wine bottle with any closure, including natural cork, engineered cork, and metal screw caps.
WINE RECOGNITION
Plum features a “virtual sommelier” that automatically identifies the vintage, variety, region and winery, displaying the label on the 7″ touchscreen.
