The Japanese Shotoh knife from Miyabi is perfect for cutting, slicing and peeling fruit and vegetables. The extremely sharp blade on both sides of the cut is defined by the Honbazuke sharpening technique. The 9 cm Shotoh knife offers great support and is very comfortable to use. This Japanese knife from the MIYABI 6000MCT series has a blade with a typical Japanese finish: hammered (Tsuchime). The handle is made of high-quality Pakcara cocobolo wood.
