Made of reinforced stainless steel, with a double layer of ceramic fiber insulation and a thermal chamber that reaches up to 500 °C in just 10 minutes. Its refractory brick floor absorbs and distributes heat. Ability to bake a Neapolitan-style pizza in approximately 90 seconds.
