The 17cm MIYABI Nakiri knife is ideal for precisely chopping vegetables and herbs. Its blade is made with a MicroCarbide MC63 steel core, surrounded by 100 layers of CRYODUR hardened steel. The symmetrical edge is achieved with the Japanese Honbazuke sharpening technique. The D-shaped handle is made of Masur birch, offering good grip and balance.
